Bobcat Operator/labourer

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Bobcat Operator labourer to join our team in the field of road construction. The ideal candidate will be committed to safety and have a strong work ethic to support various projects.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks within our road crew such as digging, carrying materials, and using hand and power tools

Support the construction and operational team with various tasks as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment

Operating bobcat

Qualifications

Prior experience in road construction or a related field is preferred

Current Drivers License

Bobcat ticket

Construction card

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects

Strong commitment to safety and following established protocols

Reliable and punctual with excellent teamwork skills

Any relevant certifications or training in construction safety is a plus

Day-to-Day

Arrive at the job site punctually and ready to engage in the day's tasks

Work closely with the construction team to accomplish project goals

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries

Utilize various hand and power tools to carry out assigned tasks

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow
